Our Open Positions

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the sales team in all sales-related activities, including direct sales efforts, follow-up, and proper sales administration. He/she is also responsible for focusing the hotels on growing existing accounts and on generating new business to maximize revenue and profits and to improve each hotel’s performance in the marketplace.  Identify talent and develop salespeople to increase bench strength.  Manage the area cluster to include cross-selling strategies, utilization of the national sales team, and joint sales calls. He/she is also responsible for managing the sales call calendar.

The Captain oversees the transportation of passengers and cargo on board the resort’s vessels. He is responsible for the safe navigation of each vessel he/she operate. Ensures strict enforcement of all safety standards applicable to each vessel and crew.  When a shore assists the Marina Operations Director and Marina Supervisor as needed.

The Golf Group Sales and Marketing Manager sells, plans, executes and finalizes all outing events for the Club. This position works closely with the Head Golf Professional, Golf Professional Staff, and Club Administration to manage all events and ensure client expectations are exceeded. This position reports to the General Manager.

The Director of Marina Operations is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all Marina-related operations, while maintaining the profitability of the department and offering high-quality products and service levels. Marina Operations will include Ferry Boat Services, Water Park, and Boat Slip Rental. The Marina Director will also serve as a supporting role to any F&B operations, Engineering, Rooms, and Concessionaires located within this area. He/she is expected to ensure that the quality of service provided in this area is marketed in ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and payroll budgets, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

The F&B Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the F&B outlet’s operations while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high-quality products and service levels. They are expected to market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and payroll budgets, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.
