In order to arrange for airport transfers our partners at First Class provide shuttle service. Please reserve your spot here. If you prefer taxi services, please contact concierge directly at Concierge@ConquistadorResort.com or by calling 787.863.1000 ext. 6999.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

All-inclusive packages are unavailable. We post special offers for our followers on Facebook. Make sure to follow us there.

The use of our facilities such as Palomino Island, Coqui Waterpark, Spa, pools, and restaurants are exclusive to registered guests and members. You can make reservations at our website or call 787.863.1000 and press #1. If you'd like more information about memberships you can email Membership@ConquistadorResort.com.

While we love animals as much as you do, we kindly ask our guests to refrain from bringing pets to the resort, as a cleaning fee of $350 will be automatically charged to their room. We will only accept ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) certified service dogs. Please note that while there is no pet fee for service animals, however, if additional cleaning or repair is required, the cleaning fee will apply. 

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.
