Rules & Regulations

Your safety is important to us, individuals under 48" in height will not be able to enjoy the "Huracan", "Gigante Dormido" nor the Marohu slides even with guardians permission. 

Our height restriction is strictly enforced for your safety. 

Your safety is our priority, the operation of any or all attractions may be temporarily suspended due to severe weather conditions. 

For safety reasons, pregnant women, persons with heart conditions, back problems or health problems should not ride the slides. 

Please refrain from entering the pools with an illness, or condition including open sores, wounds or any other. 

No kneeling, standing or climbing on slides. 

Positions on slides: feet first, sitting or lying down only. 

Everyone must wait for safety pool attendant's signal. 

Please report all injuries or incidents to the management office immediately after occurrence. 

We promote a safe and enjoyable family friendly environment. Inappropriate behavior, foul language, or rude conduct is prohibited. Appropriate etiquette and attire required at all times. 

No smoking or use of any device that produce smoke. For the comfort of all our valued guests, this is a smoke-free facility. 

Children under the age of (12) must have supervision of an adult at all times, while minors under (18) must be accompanied by an adult while in the premises. 

No running, pushing, rough play, or unnecessary noise will be permitted. 

Do not leave your belongings unattended. Lockers are available for rent and are encouraged to help ensure safekeeping for your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

No food or beverage of any kind is permitted in or around the pool or river. No coolers permitted.
