Spa Etiquette Guide

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled Spa appointment time. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may determine the length of your treatment, as your service will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin on time. All prices are subject to change without notice. The Spa El Conquistador is a non-smoking facility. Minimum age is 18 for spa services.

Personal Belongings

We regret to inform you that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please do not wear your jewelry at the spa. We recommend leaving all belongings in your guestroom.

Cancellations

Cancellations and changes must be made 4 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged in full. For package cancellations we require 24-hour notice.

Missed appointments will be charged the full amount of all reserved treatments.

Service Charge

A 20% gratuity will be added to the price of your service(s) for you convenience. Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.
